The resuits of the fiuorescence titration of ACF I with 3 + 2 + ， rare earth ions demonstrate that ACF I has two RE -binding sites and the rare earth ions and Ca bind to ACF I competitiveiy in the two simiiar sites . The association constants K 1 and K 2 of ACF I with each rare earth ions 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 + （，，，，）， Nd Sm Eu Gd Tb are ciose to each other which indicates the structurai simiiarity of the two 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 +
