M ethods The encoding sequence of HT036 was amplified and cloned into the eukar otic ex pression plasm id pEGFPN2. The construction was verified b sequencing and then cotransfected intoHEK293 w ith pD sRedP311. The expression products were visualized and anal zed b confocalm icroscope. Results The vectorwas suc cessfu ll constructed. The confocalm icroscope scanning showed that the fluorescence fusion proteins m ain l d istributed in c top lasm and therewas colocation between the wt o proteins. Conclusion This stud further confirmes the issue that HT036 and P311ma interact w ith each other in vitro and p la role in h pertroph ic scar formation.
