Lead in 出示本课标题：Look before you leap. 让学生说一说自己对这个标题的理解。 幻灯片出示1.2的三张图片，并提问学生： What can you see from the pictures? 2) What do you know about these characters? 3) Do you know what the fables are about? 如果学生不知道这些寓言故事，教师则可以告诉学生：Now, let’s read the fables and you will know them. 激发学生的学习兴趣，引入本课话题。 Step2.
