Methods: The first derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry w as used for determination. The w avelength of the pair of determinated w aves w as 267 nm and 270 nm. The content of phenoxybenzamine hydrochloriod in zhulinan! tablets w as determined by peak- valley method . Result s and Conclusions: The method is rapid and simple. The recovery of phenoxybenzamine hydrochloriod in zhulinan! tablets is 99. 34% .
