·2358 · MODERN ONCOLOGY ，Dec. 2010 ，VOI. 18 ，NO. 12 TPF 方案联合放疗治疗口腔鳞癌的临床疗效及毒副反应观察 1 2 2 ， ， 张 珑 常淑娟 孙 红 Clinical Study of TPF regimen followed by radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma 1 2 2 ZHANG Long ，CHANG Shu － juan ，SUN Hong 1 2 Dep artment of Stomatology ，Dep artment of Medical Oncology ，First Aff iliated Hosp ital of Xi＇an Jiaotong University ，Xi＇an 7 10061，Chi- na． 【Abstract 】 Objective :To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of TPF regimen chemotherapy (Docetaxel + Cisplatin + fluorouracil)in the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma． Methods :Forty － eight patients were treated with TPF regimen ，TXT 70mg / m2 ，ivdrip ，d and d ;DDP 30mg / m2 ，iv ，from d to d ，5 － FU 500 － 750mg / m2 ivdrip 1 8 1 3 from d to d ． The therapy was repeated every 21 － 28 days． Results :The overall response rate was 85 ． 4 (4 1/48)， 1 5 with CR 31． 25 (15 /48)，PR 54 ． 16 % (26 /4 8)，SD12 ． 5% (6 /48)，and PD 2 ． 08% (1/48)． The median overall survival of the whole group was 8． 7 months (2 － 24 months)． The major toxicity and side effects were myelosuppres- sion ，nausea and vomiting． Conclusion :TPF regimen is effective for the advanced oral squamous cell carcinoma and the toxicity and side effects are tolerable． 【Key words 】TPF regimen chemoradiotherapy ;docetaxel ;cisplatin ;fluorouracil ;oral squamous cell carcinoma Modern Oncology 2010 ，18 (12):2358 － 2360 【 】 : TPF ［ (TXT)+ (CDDP)+ (5 － FU)］ 摘要 目的 观察 方案 多烯紫杉醇 顺铂 氟尿嘧啶
