There are some findings from comprehensive concern: the userps functional demand is the greatest, lower demand for situation al demand; the userps demand concern depends their age first, and second is original residence and use frequency; people between 18~ 30 years old pay more attention to functional demand and emo tional demand and those of 30 years old to the retired concern over social demand, those under 18 concerning more about know ledge based demand and the retired plus surrounding residents concerning w ith occasion demand.
