We must take effective measures, the protection of the ecological environment: implement the responsibility system for environmental protection, establish a responsibility system, improve the environmental protection coordination mechanism, strengthen environmental protection supervision, accelerate economic structural adjustment, reduce the damage to the environment, vigorously develop the circular economy, increase environmental protection investment, and improve and perfect the environmental laws and regulations, increase environmental enforcement efforts, strengthen environmental protection team construction, vigorously develop the environmental protection industry, expand public participation and strengthen education.
