The expermi ent research of laboratory principle on b inocu lar vis ion detection system is fin- ished. Detection on binocular vision system calibrationwork is being done. The calibration resu lts fit the nom inal param eters of the cam- era. Through the post-mi age processing the em broiderym ach ine sp ind le head testing data is obtained. The resu lts show that curve line fit w ith the theoretical curve. The abovem ethod of the test system can provide testm ethods and design param eters to mi prove embroidery m ach inem otion system.
