毕 业 论 文 题目：基于供应链的广州鲜花配送研究 （英文）：The Study On Distribution Of Guangzhou Flower Supply Chain 系 别： 管理学院 专 业： 物流管理 姓 名： 学 号： 2005## 指导教师： #### 日 期： 2009年6月 基于供应链的广州鲜花配送研究 摘要 基于当前时间和速度的竞争理念被广泛接受，供应链中的各个企业通过各种手段实现它们之间物流、信息流的紧密连接，以达到快速响应最终客户要求、减少存货成本、提高供应链整体竞争水平的目的，而这些手段的主体就是配送物流系统。由于鲜花配送受保鲜、运输条件、空间和时间等条件的限制，所以对配送系统的运作提出了很高要求。 本文先从了解配送、配送方式、影响配送因素等基本内容入手，再根据广州的地理位置选择配送供应地和配送地点，从供应链角度研究了配送路线在时间和空间上的最优化，通过两个角度单独来分析广州鲜花配送路线的选择，并进行分析比较。 关键词：配送；动态规划；线路优化；网络图 The Study On Distribution Of Guangzhou flower Supply Chain Abstract Nowadays, it is widely accepted that the idea of time and speed competition , in the supply chain, every enterprise enhances the connection of physical distribution and information distribution, though the different methods. In order to meet the final customer requirements efficiently, reduce the cost of inventory, improve the whole competition level of supply chains, and the physical distribution system is what they need. As a result of distribution of the flowers, constrained by the transportation space and time, the requirements of the operation of distribution system must be high. Firstly, this article contains the contents which are the knowledge of allocation, the way of allocation way, the influence of allocation, then chooses allocated and dispatched place according to the geographical position of Guangzhou, studies the allocated routes in the supply chain which can achieve the most optimized between time and space, analysis the choice of Guangzhou flower delivery routes through these separate angles, and carries on the analysis.
