摘 要 经济全球化使得每一个国家和地区的经济发展都离不开全球的资源，各个国家和地区相互依存和影响着。在世界经
济发展的不同历史时期，在不同的贸易理论影响下，世界范围内国际贸易政策的制定也体现了不同时期的特点。各国
制定对外贸易政策时不仅要考虑国内的政治经济状况，还要考虑国际经济环境。我国在制定国际贸易政策时，应根据
本国的经济实际发展情况，在经济发展的不同时期，相机抉择，并采取不同的国际贸易政策和具体措施，以促进我国
经济健康稳定发展。
