教学项目施工组织设计.doc

摘 要 本施工组织设计主要围绕《建设工程工程量清单计价编制实用手册》一书的案例而进行设计的。此设计从工程的概况，施工总体布置，施工措施方案及施工过程中其他方面的问题为基础，逐步阐叙了工程施工组织原理，以及施工过程中遇到的问题。 一项工程从可行性研究到设计再到施工，每一个环节都必须严谨对待。而施工组织设计又具体地解决了施工中遇到的实际问题。包括成立组织机构，人员如何配置，施工进度计划，工程量清单计算，施工方案的确定，施工过程及建立安全保障体系等，本设计详细介绍了这些问题的具体解决方法。 从这次设计中，首先我懂得了道路施工组织过程中的各项任务，哪些问题应该特别注意，哪些环节应该特别小心等，基本上了解了施工组织的大致过程。另外，通过这次设计，我对一些应用软件，像P3E/C ，Microsoft Word等操作的更加熟练，还熟悉了一般论文的书写格式。 关键词： 施工组织；设计； 进度规划 Abstract This design of the constructing organization mainly did around the book of JianShe GongCheng GongChengLiang QingDan JiJia BianZhi ShiYong ShouCe. It gradually expounded the organizational principle of construction on the project, basing on the general situation of this project, the whole disposal of the construction, the scheme of the constructing steps, and other problems in the process of construction. We must strictly treated every tache of a project from the design to the construction. The design of the constructing organization also concretely settled the actual questions in the construction, including how to form a organization, how to assign persons, the plan of the rate of progress in the construction, calculating the projects capacity , confirming the precept and process of the project, and founding the safe assuring system, etc. It detailedly introduced the means which can deal with these problems in this design. In this design, first, I understood the assignment in every process of the road construction, which problem we should pay more attention, which process we should be more careful and so on; basically, I understood every process in the construction. In addition, I handle the “P3E/C, Microsoft word” more proficiency. Also I know the format of the discourse.
