孕妇焦虑抑郁情绪100例调查分析_临床医学论文 孕妇焦虑抑郁情绪100例调查分析_临床医学论文 【摘要】 目的： 探讨孕妇的焦虑抑郁情绪的发生现状及其相关因素，引导她们进行心理调节，顺利渡过妊娠期。方法： 采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)，随机抽取在本院妇产科门诊建立孕期保健卡的孕妇共100例进行调查。结果： 孕妇抑郁、焦虑高于正常人群(0.05），孕妇中有抑郁情绪的占42.0%，有焦虑情绪的占64.0%。两者均与产妇性格类型、年龄、受教育程度、经济条件、孕期保健质量、孕期并发症、家人关心支持及重男轻女思想等因素密切相关。结论： 孕妇的心理状况与正常人群差异显著，且与许多社会心理因素密切相关，需要有针对性地进行临床干预。 【关键词】 孕妇； 抑郁； 焦虑 Research on Anxious amp; Depressive Emotions of the Pregnant Women WANG Su Chronic Disease Controlling Hospital Nanshan District,Shenzhen,518056,Guangdong,China 【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the current status and relevant elements for the anxious and depressive emotions of pregnant women,guiding them in mental regulation so that they could get through their gestational period smoothly. Methods: 100 pregnant women who have their pregnancy health card established with the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were selected randomly,and the research was conducted by using self rating depressive scale(SDS)and self rating anxiety scale(SAS).Results: The anxious and depressive emotions suffered by pregnant women were much higher than that of normal groups. Among the selected pregnant women,42.0% were with anxious emotions while 64.0% were with depressive emotions. And both these emotions had a lot to do with the elements such as the pregnant womans character,age,educational background,financial status,the quality of the pregnancy health care she received,the pregnancy complication she suffered,the family support she got as well as how she perceived the concept “men are superior to women”.
