证券投资基本分析中 财务信息失真与识别研究 摘 要 上市公司财务信息分析是证券投资基本分析的重要组成 而上市公 司财务信息的失真问题已成为国内外证券市场存在的一个普遍现象 财 务信息失真损害了市场的 三公 原则 并极大地损害了投资者的利益 财务信息失真问题产生的原因及如何识别已成为学者和市场人士关心的 热点问题 论文的主要内容包括四个方面 1 在对标准财务信息与 财务信 息失真界定的基础上 从理论的角度分析了上市公司财务报告信息失真 的动机 并结合正态分布统计模型进行了实证检验分析 2 通过近年 来案例回顾的纵向比较以及国际国内财务信息失真的横向比较 总结并 提出了财务信息失真识别的经验方法 3 以近年来证监会通报处罚的 17家上市公式及相同行业中随机抽样的 17家正常公司为样本进行了均 值比较和Logistic模型验证 实证研究表明这个体系具有较高的识别 率 4 从法律法规以及预防上市公司财务报告信息失真的角度出发提 出了自己的一些设想与建议 论文的创新之处包括 1财务信息失真动因的统计模型检验 2 防止信息失真的制度建设与政策建议 关键词 财务信息失真 净资产收益率 每股收益 正态分布 均 值比较 Logistic模型 RESEARCH ON FINANC IAL INFORMATION DISTORTION AND IDENTIFICATION DURING FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS OF SECURITY INVESTMENT ABSTRACT Financial information analysis is an important part of fundamental analysis of security investment . The financial information distortion problem has become common phenomenon in the domestic security market. Financ ial information distortion has destroyed the “Three Public” principle s of market and the interest of investors. The causes which result in financial information distortion and ways to identify distortion have become hot topics which are concerned by scholar and market professionals .
