SUMMARIZE 综述 CHINA HEA L TH INDUSTRY 肺结核的诊断进展 王 勋 宜宾市珙县 人 民医院 ，四川宜宾 644500 [摘要] 肺结核的诊断一 直 是临床 医学的 重 点 研 究 项 目 ，一 般 情 况 下 通过 对患 者临 床 症 状的 观 察 、检验 痰 结核菌 、肺 部 阴影 检查等方式能够 得 出准确的诊断结果 ， 但 是一些特 殊 肺结核全 身 或者 呼吸 系统病变的临床反应 不易 观察 ， 可 能会导致误 诊 、漏诊的出现 。 影像学诊断 作 为肺结核诊断的主要方式 ，为提 高肺结核的确诊率 奠定 了坚 实的 基础 。 在此 基础 上 ，对患者 痰 结核病菌进 行显 微 镜 分 析 ，能够在很 大 程 度上 提 高肺结核的检出率 ，具 有 极 高的临床价值 。 本文 正 是 基 于此 ，围绕肺结核 的各项 诊断进 行详 细研讨 ，旨在为今后 的临床诊断提供参考依 据 。 [关键词] 肺结核 ；诊断进展 ；研究 [ 中图分类号]R446 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1672-5654 （2014 ）09 （a ）-0196-03 Advances in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis WANG Xun Yibin Gongxian Peoples Hospital ， Sichuan 644500 ，China [Abstract] The diagnosis of tuberculosis has been the focus of the clinical medicine research projects, usually through the obser鄄 vation of the clinical symptoms, phlegm n/med tuberculosis bacterium, lung shadow to check can get accurate diagnosis, but some special tuberculosis systemic or respiratory system disease clinical response is not easy to observe, may lead to the occurrence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Imaging diagnosis has become a major method of tuberculosis diagnosis, in order to improve the positive rate of tuberculosis has laid a solid foundation. On this basis, the microscope analysis was carried out on the patients with sputum TB bacteria, and can largely improve the detection rate of tuberculosis, with a high clinical value.
