英文原文 Study of Stepping Motor Subdivision Driver Junmei Xi, Gaohua Liao,Wu Yang Nanchang Institute of Technology Nanchang, China Email: wfm_77@163.com Abstract—In order to improve the load characteristics of stepper motor, give full play to the potential performance of a stepper motor, achieve higher performance, a constant frequency pulse width modulation sub-drive has been developed. Application of FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) devices for the stepper motor micro-step control, FET(field effect transistor) as the power driver switch, to achieve high-precision subdivision of drive systems, positive inversion control and automatic adjustment of winding currents. Experiments show that the stepper motor drive low-frequency stability and high-frequency torque-frequency characteristic, but also has a good adaptability and self-protectioncapabilities, improved the stability and reliability of driver. INTRODUCTION Highlight the advantages of stepper motors make it in the civilian application of a wide range of industrial control. Stepper motor system, but there are still some drawbacks: Low-frequency resonance, low-speed smoothness poor, high-speed operation of the rapid response capability poor, easy-of-step, low efficiency and so on, restricted the application of stepper motors [1]. Stepper motor performance to a largely extent depend on the drive to improve drive performance, which can significantly improve the performance of stepper motors. To improve the operation of stepper motor resolution is very real value,subdivision control technology provides an effective solution. Subdivision stepper motor is essentially an electronic damping technology, its main purpose is to improve the performance of motor operation, achieve high precision subdivision for the step angle of stepper motor [2].
