People who use services: Receive safe and coordinated care, treatment and support where more than one provider is involved, or they are moved between services. This is because providers who comply with the regulations will: Cooperate with others involved in the care, treatment and support of a person who uses services when the provider responsibility is shared or transferred to one or more services, individuals, teams or agencies. Share information in a confidential manner with all relevant services, individuals, teams or agencies to enable the care, treatment and support needs of people who uses services to be met. Work with other services, individuals, teams or agencies to respond to emergency situations. Support people who use services to access other health and social care services they need.
