　第 25 卷第 2 期 统计研究 Vol. 25 , No2 2008 年 2 月 Statistical Research Feb. 2008 　 中国的城市化与人口迁移 ———2000 年以来的实证研究 许抄军 　罗能生 　　内容提要 :本文以中国统计年鉴 、中国城市统计年鉴和全国经济与社会发展统计公报中的相关数据为依据 ,分 析了中国2000 年以来城市化及人口迁移的特征 。从全国整体上看 :2000 年以来 ,中国的城市化水平增长速度较快 , 但有减缓的趋势 ;新增城镇人口和农村 —城镇净迁入人口规模仍然较大 ,但都趋于递减 ,且净迁入人口对城市人口 增长的贡献率也在下降。从城市层面上看 :城市规模越大 ,对迁移人口的吸引力 、净迁移人口对城市人口增长的贡 献就越大 ;东 、西部城市的净迁入率 、净迁入人口对城市人口增长的贡献率都大于中部城市 。进一步在分析其成因 的基础上提出了相应的政策建议 。 关键词 : 中国;城市化 ;人口迁移 ;人口增长 ( ) 中图分类号 :C812 　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　文章编号 :1002 - 4565 2008 02 - 0046 - 06 Urbanization and Migration in China : An Empirical Analysis since 2000 Xu Chaojun Luo Nengsheng Abstract :Based on the data of related Statistical Yearbook of China , this paper analyzes the feature of urbanization and ( ) migration in China since 2000. From the whole country we conclude as follows : a the growth rate of urbanization of China has increased fast , but the trend is slowing down ; (b) the increased population and ruralurban migration is still large , but the trend is also decreasing , and the contribution ratio of increment to the population growth in city is declining. The conclusion of city level ( ) as follows : a the larger the city is , the greater the force of attraction to migration is , and the higher the contribution ratio to the population growth of migration is ; (b) the ratio of net immigration and its contribution ratio to the populatio
