摘 要 随着农村经济产业升级和结构调整的迫切要求，农村金融服务体系的不健全和体制改革滞后，成了农村经济全面、协调、可持续发展的严重羁绊。目前，农村金融得到了一定程度的发展，但在农村金融得到发展的同时，现有农村金融服务并未真正、彻底满足农村的金融需求。农村金融是我国金融体系的重要组成部分，是支持服务“三农”的重要力量。农村金融的改革探索始终贯穿于农村经济社会发展进程中；为了促进新农村的建立，适应农村经济发展新形势的客观需要，针对农村金融体系现存的问题，必须对现有的农村金融体系进行重构。努力为实现城乡统筹发展、建设社会主义新农村探索出一条可持续发展的金融支持之路。 本文共分为五个部分。第一部分：叙述论文的选题背景，国内外研究现状，研究思路与研究方法，论文的基本框架。第二部分：我国现存农村金融服务体系的构成及现状。第三部分：提出农村金融体系存在的问题及其问题成因方面分析。第四部分：完善我国农村金融服务体系的必要性以及对策建议。第五部分：结论与展望。对本文所做的主要研究工作及结论作简要概述。 关键词：农村金融，金融体系，农村经济 ABSTRACT Along with the upgrade of the rural economics industry and pressing for the structural adjustment, the distempered development of country finance service system and system reform lag become grievous fetters, which cumber the comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development of the rural economics. Reform of rural finance has always been through the process of economic and social development in rural areas; In order to promote the establishment of new countryside, and adapt to the objective needs of the new situation of the rural financial system, we must be aimed at the existing problems of the rural financial system and promote its reconstruct. We should take efforts to to explore a sustainable financial support road for the goal of achieving mutural development of urban and rural and building a new socialist countryside. The second part: the structure and current situation of the existing rural financial service system in china. The third part: analysis
