修井作业危险源辨识与评价研究 摘 要：修井作业是在油田开发过程中对一些出现问题或井下事故的生产井恢复正常生产的有效手段。由于油井事故出现的频率逐年增多，因此针对修井作业的事故进行危险性分析，开展修井作业危险源辨识与评价研究具有重要意义。首先，在事故分析的基础上，从能量意外释放的角度，分析和辨识修井作业的第一类危险源、第二类危险源，并有针对性地制定安全对策。其次，针对修井作业的作业特点，参考作业条件危险性评价方法，结合修井作业现场的实际情况，识别出修井作业各种作业活动中存在的主要危险源。然后，根据此种危险在作业现场发生的可能性、预计发生频率及可能产生的后果，按照LEC法中的取值规则确定危险源的L、E、C值，应用LEC法对危险源的D值进行计算。最后，对照危险性风险等级表，得出修井作业活动中危险源的危险程度，并根据危险性等级，制定出相应安全措施。为修井作业的风险管理提供了参考依据。 关键词：修井作业；危险性评价；危险源辨识；作业条件危险性评价法 Abstract: Workover operation is an effective means to recover the normal production of production wells which in oilfield development process occur some problems or downhole accident．Because of the frequency of oil well accidents increased year by year，therefore，aiming at workover operation accidents，carrying out the risk analysis and workover operation hazard identification and evaluation research has important significance．Firstly，from the view of accidental release energy，analyzing and identifying the first kind of hazard source and the second kind of hazard source in workover operation on the basis of accident analysis，and making safety countermeasures targetedly．Secondly，according to the characteristic of workover operation，reference to risk assessment on working conditions，combining with the field actual situation of workover operation，identified the main hazard source all sorts of activities of workover operation．Then，according to the possibility of fieldwork in assignments’happening，the frequency and the possible consequences，and the rules of law to determine the value of L，E，C of　hazard source，Putting into use the method of LEC to calculate the value of D of hazard source． Finally，contrasting the risk degree，it is concluded that the risk rating table in the activity of workover operation，and according to the risk degree to make corresponding risk level safety measures．In order to the risk management for workover operation provided reference basis． Keywords: workover operation；；； 目录 1 绪 论 1 1.1 课题的研究意义 1 1.2 国内外研究现状 2 1.2.1 国外
