EAbstract] O ective Toinvestigatethevalueofthree-dimensionaldynamiccontrast—enhancedMRangiography(3DcF_
MRA)indiagnosisofabdominaltumors．Methods ConventionalMRIand3DCEM RA wereperformedin26patientswith
abdominaltumors．Detectionratesoflesionsandcontrast-to-noiseratios(CNR)in3DCEMRA werecomparedwiththose
inT2W I．Tumorousarteriesandveinswerecountedandtheenhancedpatternsoflesionsonmulti—phasesimageswereana—
lvzed．Results Thereweretotal41lesionsinallpatients．In37tumorsofparenchymaviscera，29，3Oand34weredetected
bvT2W I，ultrasoundandarterialphaseof3DCEMRA respectively，and3DCEMRA showedthehighestdetectionrateof
lesions．Forlivertumors，CNRwas21±3．8，13±4．6 (PO．05)，19±3．3(P0．O5)and23_--+-2．5(P％0．05)inT2WI，
arterial，venousanddelayedphasesrespectively．Forothertumors，CNRwere15±5．8，18±4．3(P0．05)and21±4．8
(P0．05)inT2W I，arterial，venousanddelayedphasesrespectively．TheCNRof3DCEMRA washigherthanorsimilar
tothatofT2w I．8O．4 oftumorousarteriesand26．8 oftumorousveinsweredemonstratedin3D CE-MRA．Thean—
hancedcharacterizationoftumorswassatisfactorilyshowedin3D CF_M RA．Conclusion Withhighsensitivitytodetectab—
