毕业论文 （20_ _届） 后金融危机时期绍兴纺织行业转型升级及对策研究 摘 要 始于2008年的全球性金融危机，使绍兴纺织行业受到了前所未有的挑战。进入后金融危机时期，绍兴纺织行业正面临加快转型升级的巨大压力，因此深入研究绍兴纺织行业转型升级及其对策具有重要的战略和现实意义。 纺织行业是绍兴市的传统支柱产业，也是关系国计民生的重要产业。纺织行业在经历了20多年的快速发展后，随着内、外部环境的变化，其发展越来越受到生产要素价格上涨、人民币升值、国际贸易壁垒等因素的制约，特别是在遭遇本次全球性金融危机的冲击下，绍兴纺织行业的转型升级势在必行。 本文对绍兴纺织行业进行了深入的调研，特别是通过这次金融危机，暴露出纺织行业还存在很多突出的问题，如：企业科技创新能力不足,缺少大量专业人才，生产过程中高污染、高能耗现象严重，同质化生产等。这些问题都严重影响了绍兴纺织行业抵御金融危机的能力。通过使用SWOT分析方法，全面剖析绍兴纺织行业所具有的内在优势与弱点，面临的机遇与威胁，研究提出绍兴纺织行业转型升级的对策建议，包括企业科技创新、人才培养、品牌战略，节能减排、营销体系建设建设等，为绍兴市政府有关部门、纺织行业及企业决策提供借鉴和参考。 关键词： Abstract Shaoxing textile industry has given a big challenge by The global financial crisis beginning in 2008 .Now, textile industry has entered a period after the financial crisis, Shaoxing textile industry is facing the tremendous pressure to speed up transforming and upgrading.
