毕业论文 (20_ _届) 杭州地区劳动密集型企业员工工作满意与工作绩效的相关研究 摘 要 有关工作满意度和工作绩效的问题,长期以来一直是学术界和企业管理者关注的焦点。相关研究显示:员工满意度影响的关键因素有效的绩效评估工具1)杭州劳动密集型企业员工满意度整体处于中等水平(3.4865±0.45681),其中外部满意度(3.3313±0.61273)低于内部满意度(3.5900±0.48875);(2)杭州劳动密集型企业员工工作绩效的总均值为3.5200±1.10536,处于中等水平;(3)工作绩效与员工满意度呈正相关(p0.001),说明工作满意度越高,工作绩效越高。本研究认为劳动密集型企业具有其特殊性,针对目前企业员工工作满意度低,工作绩效不高的现状,企业应不断完善岗位轮换制度;定期开展职工代表大会;与员工签订长期劳动合同;完善员工培训机制;采用公平晋升、公开竞争的方式;运用反馈机制,及时更新员工信息;开展员工与员工间、员工与上级间的交流会;及时公布新政策的实施情况,重点说明新政策将带给员工的利益等,只有这样,企业才能获得长足的发展。 关键词: Abstract The issue of job satisfaction and job performance is the focus that the academia and business managers pay attention for a long time.Employee Satisfaction is the key factor affecting work performance and effective tool for evaluation of performance. This research uses the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale(Short-Form) and the survey of job performance,has done a measuring on job satisfaction and job performance of employees who from the labor-intensive enterprises in Hangzhou ,aimed at improving job satisfaction and job performance of employees who from the labor-intensive enterprises in Hangzhou and providing some reference for retaining staff. This research has shown that: (1)Employees from labor-intensive enterprises in Hangzhou at the intermediate level (3.4865 ± 0.45681) of job satisfaction, and extrinsic satisfaction (3.3313±0.61273) is lower than intrinsic satisfaction (3.5900±0.48875); (2)mployees from labor-intensive enterprises in Hangzhou at the intermediate level (3.5200 ± 1.10536) of job performance; (3) job performance and satisfaction are correlated (p 0.001), resulted that the higher job satisfaction, the higher job performance . This study suggests that,labor-intensive enterprise has its particularity, for the current employees with low job satisfaction and low job performance , enterprise should continuously improve the job rotation system; regularly convene Workers Congress; sign a long-term labor contracts with employees; improve training mechanisms for staff; use
