The logistics industry maintains a rapid growth in the 21st century and improves the logistics system constantly. The industry has become more sophisticated and operation standardized, also it has a certain degree of development in all respects. However, in the overall view, as many other negative factors exist, the overall size of Chinas logistics industry is still relatively small and in the low levels of development relatively. Management was not standardized, the system can not take full advantage of enterprise human, material, financial and other resources, and its assets are not rational and effective used. Through the analysis of ability of the business operations, we can find the ability of the existing problems and shortcomings and seek a solution method. Through speeding up the logistics of the relevant business skills and management level, we will promote the efficient used of funds. This paper mostly expands the research enterprise under the logistics situation. It firstly discusses the background, significance, research methods and ideas.
