毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江上市公司多元化与公司绩效实证研究 摘 要 从多元化经营和企业绩效的含义入手，从经济学角度分析多元化经营与企业绩效之间的关系，并构建多元化经营影响企业绩效的理论框架。本文以浙江省杭州市的上市公司为研究样本，。通过检验总体多元化水平以及不同程度的多元化与企业绩效的关系，专业化经营与多元化经营比较分析。研究表明，企业多元化程度与企业绩效呈无显著相关关系，而专业化经营优于多元化经营。 关键词：多元化经营；专业化经营；多元化程度；公司绩效 Abstract This article obtains from the multiplex management and the meaning of enterprise achievements, from economic angle analysis the relations between multiplication management and enterprise achievements, and constructs the multiplex management influence enterprise achievements the theory frame. This article as studies sample take the Zhejiang Province Hangzhous 24 to be listed, has selected 2007 to 2009 years Hangzhou area to be listed related multiplication, on-related multiplex as well as specialized management correlation datas, sells the service present situation to the sample company, the multiplex degree and the multiplication operating condition has carried on the analysis. Finally using description statistics, relevant analysis method to relevant management，the non-relevant management has carried on the confirmation with the enterprise achievements relations. Examined the overall multiplication level as well as the varying degree multiplication with the enterprise achievements relations, the specialized management and the multiplex management compares. The research indicated that the enterprise multiplication degree and the enterprise achievements assume not remarkable correlation dependence, but the specialized management surpasses the multiplex management.
