会展业务综合信息管理系统研究 摘要 会展业在我国作为一个新兴的行业，近年来发展势头迅猛。因其集商品展示、交易和经济技术合作等功能为一体，在其自身创造经济效益同时，为推进和繁荣各地经济做出了积极贡献。而在管理系统研究上，单一的办公系统、展品演示系统等已无法提升我国的展览业。论文研究会展业务综合信息管理系统是集智能建筑系统、展览业务系统、办公自动化系统为一体的综合信息集成平台。 会展业务综合信息管理系统是专为国内大型会展中心、展览公司研制开发的会展业务信息管理系统，系统采用先进的BS结构和J2EE体系架构，把国际领先的展览行业管理技术和信息服务理念与中国展览行业特点相结合，以实现展览管理的信息化。 系统包括展览场馆营运管理、会展展务管理、展览服务管理、会展财务管理、办公自动化系统等模块；旨在为参展商、展馆和服务商提供快速、便捷的信息服务，为大型展览的组织策划提供正规化、科学化的业务管理程序和解决方案，以提高会展管理的效率与质量，创造更好的经济效益。 关键词：　会展，展览场馆，会展展务，展览服务，信息管理系统。 Abstract Convention and Exhibition Industry as a rising industry develops rapidly in recent years. It is a collection of goods exhibition, trade and economic technology cooperation, and other functions. While it is creating economic benefits, it also makes great contribution to advance the prosperity and the local economic. In the management system research field, the simple office system and exhibits demonstration system can’t promote national exhibition industry. This paper studies a general information integration platform for exhibition business information management, which includes intelligent building, exhibits demonstration system, and office automation system. The Exhibition Business Information Management System is designed for the large domestic exhibition center and exhibition company. In the software, the system uses the advanced BS structure and J2EE architecture. In order to realize the information construction of exhibition management, it combines the leading international exhibition industry management technology and information service concept with characteristics of Chinese exhibition industry. They system modules consist of exhibition venues operation management, convention service management, exhibition service management , exhibition financial management, and office automation system.
