  资费敏感网络选择算法研究 王超，王晓云** （北京邮电大学网络技术研究院，北京 100876） 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 摘要：无线通信网络的发展趋势之一是将各种不同无线接入技术进行融合。多接入选择作为 无线资源管理中的技术是目前异构网融合的研究热点之一。从用户的利益出发，充分考虑预 接入网络的费用 QoS 和稳定性；最佳网络选择依据的是一些相对长期的网络性质参数，包 括各网络的资费、带宽、端到端时延、安全性等。假定不同的网络运营商之间是彼此竞争的， 即没有达成统一的协议，针对资费这个特别的因素，本文设计了一个用户最大可接受费用等 级参数，由用户直接输入相关费用控制参数，做到精确反映用户对于网络使用资费的承受能 力。在对网络质量参数进行归一化量化比较时结合用户实际使用业务的内在 QoS 需求，提 出了分段模糊归一化策略。通过对影响因素进行分析和二次判断，建立了网络选择决策模型， 通过最后的实例证明了该算法的正确性和有效性。 关键词：下一代网络；网络选择；资费敏感；异构无线网络 中图分类号：TP393.0 The Research Of Cost Sensitive Network Selection algorithm Wang Chao, Wang Xiaoyun (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,Institute of Network Technology, Beijing 100876) Abstract: In the near future，multitude of wireless communication networks based on a variety of radio access technologies and standards will emerge and coexist．As the key technique in wireless resource management，the network select decision becomes one of me focuses in heterogeneous wireless networks．A novel network selection algorithm for user to select the network that will maximize the consumer interest，while talking into account the quality of service, charge and stable is proposed, too . The factors that contribute to best network selection are relatively long time network characteristics, including money cost, bandwidth, end to end delay and security etc. Suppose service providers are competing with each other without any agreement．According to this special money cost factor, we design a user accepted maximal cost level parameter, this parameter is inputted by user to accurately fit user’s demand in cost. Meanwhile, A fuzzy segmental normalization policy has been proposed when calculate the quality function value of different networks. By analyzing the factors that influence network selection and double judging， a network selection decision model is founded．At last，the validity and accuracy of the algorithm is confirmed by the final instance.
