摘要： 目的：探讨疏肝活血中药干预对骨髓充质干细胞（BMSCs）移植心肌缺血再灌注损伤
（IRI）鼠心功能和心肌病理形态学的影响,及其对心肌保护作用机制。方法：制备心肌 IRI
模型，分离、培养 BMSCs，且移植于 IRI 鼠，SD 大鼠随机分为假手术组(A0; IRI 组（B）; BMSCs
(C)组；联合组（疏肝活血中药﹢BMSCs）(D)。4 周后，在光镜下进行心肌病理形态观察，
超声心动图检测心功能。结果：与 BMSCs 组比较，联合组心功能明显改善差异显著,有统计
学意义（p0.01，p0.05）；病理形态观察显示联合组可以明显改善鼠心肌结构和病理形态。
结论：疏肝活血中药可以改善 BMSCs 移植 IRI 鼠心肌病理形态和心功能，进而保护 IRI 心肌。

Abstract: Objective To study of soothe the liver and activating blood chinese medicine combined
with bone marrow stem cells on heart function and myocardial pathological morphology effect in
myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury ( IRI ) rats,and myocardial protection mechanism. Methods
Preparation of myocardial IRI model, through the BMSCs transplantation in IRI rats methods, were
randomly divided into sham operation group（A）; IRI group（B）; BMSCs group(C); joint group
（D）. Experiment were observated heart function and myocardial pathological morphology. Results
Compared with group BMSCs, The combined group elevated heart function, with a significant
difference（p0.01，p0.05）. Pathological observation showed, the combined group can promote stem
cell transplantation after myocardial structure and pathological morphological improvement.
Conclusions Soothe the liver and activating blood chinese medicine can improve bone marrow stem
cell transplantation in IRI rat heart function and myocardial pathological morphology .and thus protect
myocardial IRI.
