烟台综合运输体系发展研究 摘 要 为大力推进综合交通运输体系建设，2007年国家出台了《综合交通网中长 期规划》，并于2008年组建了交通运输部。2009年1月，在全国交通工作会议 上，交通运输部确定将积极推进综合运输体系建设作为今后的一项重点工作。 烟台市具有发展综合运输体系的独特的区位优势，应当抓住这一难得的历史机 遇，加快推进综合运输体系建设，为经济社会发展提供强有力的交通支撑。本 文在归纳总结国内外综合运输发展理论的基础上，分析了烟台的优势和存在的 问题，并从实际出发，提出了加快推进烟台综合运输体系发展的总体设想及对 策建议。 全文共分五章，第一章为绪论，介绍了研究背景、选题意义、既有研究成 果、研究主要内容、研究方法与创新之处等基础内容。第二章介绍了烟台综合 运输体系发展现状，分析了优势条件和存在的问题。第三章从运输需求影响因 素分析入手，基于烟台交通运输现状，对未来运输量进行了预测。第四章阐述 了烟台综合运输体系的发展思路、发展目标及发展原则。第五章从六个方面提 出了烟台综合运输体系发展的对策建议。 关键词：烟台；综合运输；发展对策 1 烟台综合运输体系发展研究 Abstract With an aim to vigorously promoting the integrated transport system, our country promulgated the Mid-long Term Plan of Integrated Transport Network in 2007 and established the Ministry of Transport in 2008. In January 2009, at the National Conference on the Work of Transport, the Ministry of Transport determined to put the establishment of integrated transport system into the working schedule as a priority. Yantai City, which enjoys unique geographical advantages in devoloping the integrated transport system,should seize this rare historical opportunity to accelerate the building of integrated transport system so as to offer a strong support to its economic and social development. Based on summarizing the theories home and abroad on the development of integrated transport system, the thesis analyzes the advantages and existing problems of Yantai in this field, and puts forward an overall plan and suggestions on accelerating the development of integrated transport system.
