The synthesis process of epoxy mondified acrylic resin was decribed and its influencing factors were discussed in this paper. Waterborne Acrylate resin has some advantages, such as good glossiness,weather-resistant, chemical resistance, stabilization, non-contamination,nontoxicity, non-skin irritation, low price and safety of production, andbecome an green environ-mental product of low VOC. So it will be anattractive research and application areas. But it also has some disadvantages,such as high film forming temperature, low hardness,, poor anti一after tack,poor water-resistant, low adhesion, etc. So the high performance acrylatepolymer resin which can overcome those disadvantages will become research hotspot at present. In this paper, the water-souble Acrylate resin could besolution polymerization with Acrylate monomers, and makeprepared bypreliminarydiscussion on synthesis techniques.
