PAGE IV 适于高温还原气氛烧成的黄色颜色釉的研制 Suitable for high temperature reducing atmosphere of burning into the development of the yellow color glaze 摘要 本课题主要是通过对颜色釉配制技术的研究，研制烧成温度1310℃～1330℃高温还原气氛烧成的黄色颜色釉，适于在景德镇液化气气烧梭式窑烧成。实验中，首先研制高温透明釉和高温乳浊釉两种基础釉，选择最优的基础釉配方分别加入包裹黄（Cd-S）色料3～8%、锆镨黄色料3～8%，制得鲜艳的黄色颜色釉和乳黄色颜色釉。 实验中，乳浊釉中加入ZnO23～5%、ZrSiO43～5～8%。乳浊釉加入包裹黄色料6%黄色呈色最鲜艳，加入锆镨黄色料8%乳黄色呈色最漂亮。透明釉中加入包裹黄色料8%颜色呈棕黄色，加入锆镨黄色料8%乳黄色很淡雅。施釉厚度0.3～0.6mm，釉层越厚发色越深。 关键词：颜色釉 透明釉 乳浊釉 包裹黄色料 锆镨黄色料 Abstract This subject mainly through to the color glaze preparation technology research, development sintering temperature 1310 ℃～1330 ℃ high temperature reducing atmosphere of the yellow color burn glair, suitable for in jingdezhen liquefied gas burning gas kiln firing shuttle type. Glazing thickness 0.3 ～ 0.6 mm, glaze layer is thicker hair color more deep.
