车载打桩起重机减速器及卷筒设计 摘 要 这篇论文设计的是打桩机起重装置。它集机械设计必威体育精装版理念、铸造工艺必威体育精装版技术及CAD、CAMCAD、CAMIt concentrates the latest mechanical design concepts, casting techniques and the latest technology of CAD/CAM. The thesis is an example of the application of theory. It concludes the design,calculation and checking out of the worm gears speed reducer and the reel system, as well as the next three-dimensional simulation. Worm gears speed reducer will not only enhance the work for the reliability, but also greatly enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The worm gears speed reducer is widely application in drive system and transmission system because of its smoothness, the non-noise, the structure tightly packed and the ability of auto-lock. In addition, the reel system is very important in the draw system, so goodness or badness of the design of it directly have impact on the performance of the whole system. This draw equipment applies the latest structure, and the latest advances in technology to improve reel’s intensity, hardness and abrasion resistance. In this system, the choice is the single-grade worm gears speed reducer. Single-grade worm gears speed reducer has a simple structure, easy to design, foundation design and experience, and has the ability of auto-lock, and it’s supporting accessories are easy to buy. The system can safely and stably control the length, speed, and to achieve operational auto-locks. The whole paper concludes the design and calculation of the speed reducer and the reel part, and three-dimensional simulation narrative, combining with graphics and forms.
