PAGE 摘 要 自动贴标机是医药行业瓶装生产线的重要设备之一。截止到目前为止，国内医药行业基本上还是使用国外的贴标设备，或者在国外的技术的基础上进行设计，其国产的贴标机还不能完全的替代进口的贴标机。 本文对自动贴标机的贴标过程作出设计理论，解决国内医药行业瓶装生产线(中的重要部分)贴标机的设计开发，对外形和功能进行设计，对相关参数进行计算，绘制出自动贴标机的装配图和各部件的部件图和零件的零件图。 本文对于贴标机的开发进行了一定程度的探讨，对于目前的贴标设备有了一定的认识并进行了相关设计，为以后国产贴标设备的自主开发提供了有益的思路。 首先，本文对贴标过程的机构运动规律进行深入研究，提出了自动贴标机的设计方案，从此观点出发，设计出了自动贴标机的原理图。 其次，针对现在医药瓶装生产线的生产率进行设计计算，作为以后自动贴标机设计的理论基础。 最后，绘制贴标机的装配图和各部件的部件图，零件图。 关键词：贴标机；贴标过程；设计方案；设计理论；装配图； Abstract This paper makes out the design theory about the processor of label attached machine，solves the problem of the most important part in domestic medical bottled production line—that is the design development of label attached machine. I designed it’s shape and function, computed the correlation parameter and protracted the assembly drawing of the machine, the component drawing of the components and the part drawing of the parts. The label attached machine is one of the most important equipment in medical bottled production line. So far, domestic medical industry uses the overseas equipment to a great extent, or designs the machine on the basic of overseas technology. Domestic label attached machine can’t instead of all of the overseas. This paper made a study of label attached machine’s development to a certain degree, had acquaintance with the machine, made some allied design, and offered profitable train of thoughts for future independent development of domestic label attached machine. First, this paper made an intensive study of the mechanism rule about the processor of label attaching, raised the design project of the label attached machine, and thought out it’s elementary diagram through the design project. Second, this paper made design calculation directing towards the productivity of the medicine package generating line, and this calculation would be the theoretical basis of the label attached machine design.
