PAGE 常用结构钢在抚顺望花区土壤腐蚀行为的研究 摘要 随着埋地管线的应用,土壤腐蚀问题越来越受到大家的重视,本论文以铸铁和20号钢等常用结构钢为研究对象,对比研究其在抚顺望花区土壤中的腐蚀行为。 采用埋片和电化学试验对20号钢和铸铁在望花区的耐蚀性做了研究。埋片实验研究了20号钢和铸铁在望花区土壤中埋片336小时的均匀腐蚀速率,研究表明:在望花土壤中20号钢的腐蚀较严重,年腐蚀率为0.0190mm/a,铸铁腐蚀较轻,年腐蚀率为0.0075mm/a,20号钢的腐蚀速率为铸铁的2.5倍;电化学试验采用电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线研究了20号钢和铸铁在望花区饱和土壤水溶液中的腐蚀规律,计算出了20号钢和铸铁的自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度,研究结果表明:20号钢的自腐蚀电位为-0.770V,铸铁的自腐蚀电位为-0.768V,两者相差不大;20号钢的自腐蚀电流密度是4.692μA/cm2,年腐蚀速率为0.0549mm/a,铸铁的自腐蚀电流密度是9.025μA/cm2,年腐蚀速率为0.1056mm/a,铸铁在望花地区土壤中的腐蚀性 通过本研究可得出以下结论:在重工业土壤环境下,20号钢的耐蚀性要比铸铁好。 关键词:土壤腐蚀,重工业,20号钢,铸铁,望花区 Abstract With the wide application of buried pipelines, soil corrosion problem more and more be everybodys attention, this paper cast iron and 20 steel as the research object, the thesis studies in the heavy industrial corrosion behavior in the soil. In this article, the test and electrochemical test of buried for 20 steel and cast iron WangHua heavy industry corrosion was studied. Buried the 20 steel and cast iron WangHua buried in the soil of the 336 hours of uniform corrosion rate, research shows that: in the WangHua soil 20 steel’s corrosion has serious corrosion rate, years of 0.0190 mm/a, cast iron corrosion is lighter, annual corrosion rate of 0.0075 mm/a, corrosion rate of 20 steel is 2.5 times than cast iorn; Electrochemical experiment the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curve 20 steel and cast iron WangHua saturated soil water solution in the corrosion rule, calculated the 20 steel and cast iron from corrosion of the potential and the corrosion current density, the results of the study show that: 20 steel from corrosion current density is 4.692μA/cm2, annual corrosion rate of 0.0549 mm/a, cast iron from corrosion current density is 9.025μA/cm2, annual corrosion rate of 0.1056 mm/a, cast iron in the soil of corrosive is in 1.92 times that of 20 steel in WangHua saturated soil steel more corrosion Through this research can draw the following conclusions: in heavy industry environment, 20 steel is better than cas
