我国农村中小学财务管理现状、问题与对策 摘要 财务管理是中小学管理的重要内容之一，在学校管理体系中占有十分重要的位置。它与教师队伍的管理，教育教学的管理有着非常密切的联系。财务管理应该说是学校管理的核心和基础，是学校管理水平高低的重要标志。财务管理决定着学校的经济命脉，关乎学校的存在、稳定和发展，关乎广大教职员工的切身利益，财务管理的成败涉及到能否全面贯彻教育方针，提高教育质量。科学合理的财务管理可以极大地增强广大教职工的主人翁意识，调动工作积极性，减轻政府和社会的负担，提高办学活力，为学校的可持续发展提供坚实的物质保证。同时，规范的学校财务管理还可以在密切干群关系，防止腐败，保护学校领导和财务管理人员不犯错误，防止国有资产流失，维护学校团结稳定的大局等方面发挥积极的作用。 关键字：农村中小学 财务管理 “校财县管”模式 Abstract Financial management is one of the important content of the primary and secondary management, and occupies a very important position in the school management system.
