摘要 21世纪以来我国很深刻地意识到教育的重要性，迅速发展国家的基础教育事业，提高学校的教育质量，更加注重学生的素质教育和个性发展。然而，推进学校的素质教育必须要加强对学校的规范管理，其首要任务就是关注学校的教育教学质量，学生的身心健康、学习成长情况。基于此我们小组从小学生作业情况入手，采用问卷调查、访谈等方法对亚泰小学四年级五个班的学生作业情况进行调查分析，帮助解决学校现存问题。小学生作业负担一直是社会关注的热点话题，也是学生、家长、老师不断探讨交流的重点问题，更是新型素质教育下的重要改革项目。老师深知“减负”的重要性和必要性，在布置作业的形式上也由传统的机械性的抄写作业转化为动手实践性的作业，但是实施阶段并不尽如人意，通过调查研究我们了解到：小学生对待作业的态度很认真，并且大多数同学喜欢做作业，但学生作业量偏难、偏多，许多学生不能独立完成作业；作业内容单一，少层次性和灵活性；老师批改作业的态度及批改方式存在问题。由此可以看出我们的教育教学质量有待于提高，作业形式应当改革封闭机械形式，向灵活性、开放性转变， 且应当加强作业趣味性，真正调动学生做作业的兴趣，达到温故知新的效果。 关键字：减负 教学质量 素质教育 个性发展 The 21st century, China is deeply aware of the importance of education, the basis for the rapid development of national education, improve the quality of education in schools, students pay more attention to the quality of education and personality development.
