 中医小儿指纹诊法临床意义综合分析 曾欢，顾星，徐谨瑜** （湖南中医药大学基础医学院，长沙 410007） 5 10 15 摘要：望小儿指纹诊法是三岁以内小儿望诊的重要方法，即通过观察小儿食指桡侧络脉的长 短、畅涩、浮沉、颜色等来指导临床诊治的方法。因小儿起病急，易传变，且素有“哑科” 之称，仅靠家属提供的信息有限，故小儿指纹诊法具有简单易行，且容易观察，不易受小儿 情绪的影响，故素来成为小儿诊断的重要方法之一。对于小儿指纹诊法的现代研究很多，但 对于其临床价值的评价却有极大的差别，为求进一步系统地客观地反映其临床价值，笔者通 过对近 50 年来有关小儿指纹诊法的相关文献数据进行整理，用统计学方法对其进行分析。 经过系统分析后得出正常的小儿指纹应为淡紫稍浮，直于关内或隐而不现。古人“三关侧轻 重，淡滞定虚实”之说与现代研究相符合，但“红紫辨寒热”之说及察纹时“男左女右”之 说则相悖。 关键词：中医；儿科；小儿；指纹诊法；食指络脉；文献综述 中图分类号：R272 Comprehensive Analysis About The Clinical Significance Of The Observation Of Infantile hand venule in TCM Zeng Huan, Gu Xing, Xu Jinyu 20  Abstract: (Hunan University of TCM,Basic Medical Collage, Changsha 410007) It is quite finite for gathering the clinical information from children,who are three years or less and can not make themseves clear. Therefor, the way of observing their index collactoral becomes importance and convenient for the pediatrician of TCM, through observing their index collactoral’s length, fluency, sharpness and color,etc. It shows easy and important in 25 30 35 40 collecting the clinical information by effectively avoiding the influence of the infants’ mood. Although there has been lots of study on it, but the attitude is vary from person to person. And it makes the pediatrician confused. In order to prove the situation, I search several authoritative database inland in nearly 5 decades for gethering the relevant article as much as possible. And reorganize the data, then comprehensive analysis them by statistical methods. It turns out the normal infantile hand venule should be light purplr and float slightly, straight to Feng guan or hide. And the traditional saying is agree with the final conclusion, that is “the three guan refers to patients condition, the fluency relates to excess, otherwise is deficiency”. But the sayings of ”red belongs to heat, as well as purple relates to cold ” and “observe the boy’s left side and the girl’s right one when looking over them” have not been proved. Key words: TC
