 意见集中加权 Borda 数方法的哈希迭代算 法 付尚朴* 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （中国工程物理研究院工学院，四川绵阳 621900） 摘要：为了在评优排序决策中解决如何用计算机从多个排序结果得出综合排序结果，需研究 设计意见集中的加权 Borda 数排序算法。从手工 Borda 数排序法、加权 Borda 数排序法出发， 了解相应概念、理论，发现其中的问题，扩展已有算法设计方法。论文主要给出了哈希迭代 算法概念与理论，进行了哈希迭代算法与迭代算法的区别，给出了哈希迭代算法公式，该算 法在数量统计计算方面可降低时间复杂度。应用哈希迭代算法解决了意见集中的加权 Borda 数排序，分别用自然语言与 C 语言设计了该算法，进行了算法分析，最后用实例上机计算， 结果经验证正确。 关键词：意见集中；加权 Borda 数方法；哈希迭代算法 中图分类号：TP311.1 Hash Iterative Algorithm of the Weighted Borda Score Method on The Opinion Concentration Fu Shangpu (CAEP Institute of Technology,Mianyang Sichuan,621900) Abstract: In the sorting decision of the recommendation, how to use computer to obtain the comprehensive sorting results from multiple sorting results, need to study and design the algorithm on the weighted Borda score sorting of opinion concentration. From sorting of Borda score and the weighted Borda score with artificial, knowing corresponding concept and the theory, find the problem, expand existing design method on algorithm. Paper mainly gives the concepts and ideas of the hash iterative algorithm, make the difference between the hash iterative algorithm and the iterative algorithm, gives the formula of hash iteration algorithm, this algorithm can reduce time complexity in quantity statistics calculations, solve the weighted Borda score sorting of the opinions concentration with the hash iterative algorithm ,respectively design the algorithm with natural language and C language, the algorithm is analyzed, finally calculate an example with computer, verifies the results, it is correct. Key words: opinion concentration; weighted Borda score method; hash iterative algorithm 0 引言 结束每一年的工作，单位对职工进行考核，选出优秀的职工。由考核小组成员对每个提 名优秀职工进行排序，如何得到综合、集中的意见，在学生评优、企业生产排序评优等等很 多领域都有这样的类似问题需要解决。解决的方法有，可按 Borda 数评分法排序[1]，但计算 方法没有简化，而且没有考虑到各种排序意见的权重，排序有时会出现异常。可按加权 Borda 数评分法排序[2-4]，虽然考虑到各个评委的权重，给出了矩阵计算方法，简化、方便了计算， 但适合手工计算，而非计算机算法，没有体现算法设计的思想。向量的迭代算法[5]，给出了 向量迭代的一般算法，但没有哈希迭代算法概念和理论。原始信息与处理结果的对应存储[6]， 解决了如何用输入信息作为下标找到相应处理信息的存储单元，提高了处理算法的效率，
