中关村民营科技企业融资问题研究 摘 要 素有中国“硅谷”之美誉的中关村，历经 20 多年的风雨变迁，其战略地位 日益突出，不仅成为首都经济的重要增长极，而且是国家创新体系中的重要节点。 民营科技企业是中关村的灵魂，是技术创新的真正主体，是中关村最具特色、 最具活力的细胞，一部中关村发展的历史就是民营科技企业发展的历史。然而， 在中关村民营科技企业发展过程中存在这样一种现象：一大批具有相当潜力的创 新型民营科技企业由于缺乏资金支持，未及“英年”即以“早逝”，其中资金紧 张、融资渠道狭窄已经成为最重要的“瓶颈”制约。融资难主要表现在两个方面： 一方面当前我国的融资服务链还不完善和融资体系尚不健全；另一方面，中关村 民营科技企业本身也存在许多不足和先天的缺陷。 本论文从中关村民营科技企业现有融资渠道，企业发展现状，企业内部缺陷 和外部环境限制方面分析了企业融资困难的原因。针对这些问题提出如何改善民 营高技术企业的生存环境、推动民营高技术企业继续健康发展提出对策和建议。 关键词：中关村民营科技企业 融资 解决途径 I 中关村民营科技企业融资问题研究 Abstract Known as Chinas Silicon Valley Zhongguancuns reputation, after 20 years of wind and rain changing, its strategic position have become increasingly prominent,, not only becomes the capital economy the important growth extremely, moreover is in the national innovation systems important node.
