上海汽车公司财务状况分析的绩效研究 摘 要 企业绩效是指一定经营期间的企业的经营效益。目前国内绩效评价叫做“绩效 管理”(Performance Management)，因为绩效管理包括更广、更系统、更复杂的含 义。而绩效管理的核心是以财务绩效目标为奋斗方向的一套管理体系，因为获得满 意的财务结果对企业的生存和发展至关重要。如果企业没有足够的盈利，那么将没 有一个投资家或股东将资金投向这个企业，企业所追求的战略展望、企业的长期健 康发展，以至企业的生存，都将受到威胁。 本文以上海汽车公司为研究对象，在分析该公司财务状况的基础上，针对企业 的绩效管理提出建议。 关键词：绩效管理、财务目标、绩效评价 上海汽车公司财务状况分析的绩效研究 Abstract The Performance Appraisal means the management performance of the enterprises’ income. Now, we call the Performance Appraisal to the Performance Management, because the Performance Management includes more widely, more systematic, more complicated meaning. But the core of the Performance Management is a set of management system, which takes the finance performance target as to the direction of struggle. Because a satisfied finance performance is very important to the existence and development of an enterprise. If a business enterprise has no enough earnings, there will not an investor or shareholder throw funds toward this business enterprise, the long-term healthy development, strategic outlook, which a business enterprise pursues, even the existence will be subjected to a threat. This text takes Shanghai Automotive Co. Ltd incorporated as an example to analysis the system of finance target of the Performance Management， and uses the evaluation of performance during the performance management of the business enterprise.
