The paper explores the connotation of knowledge mobilization ，and summarizes its characteristics. Based on the discussion of the methods and activities of knowledge mobilization ，the paper summarizes and analyzes the strategies for knowledge mobiliza- tion ，and further constructs the model of knowledge mobilization. The paper provides a new research perspective for solving the problems in the knowledge management process.
