铁矿石烧结合理配料及工艺优化 周明顺 翟立委 刘 杰 (鞍钢股份有限公司技术中心,鞍山 114009) 摘 要 通过微型烧结法实验装置,对鞍钢常用铁矿的烧结基础特性进行了试验研究。结果表明:这些铁矿石的烧 结基础特性存在很大差异,利用这种特性可以指导烧结合理配矿。在实验室条件下,采用最优试验设计方法,可获 得最佳烧结技术经济和质量指标值时的各种铁矿的配比关系,并在鞍钢烧结生产中优化配矿得到成功应用,生产统 计表明:全厂平均烧结利用系数提高0.070t/ (m2 ·h ),固体燃料消耗降低0.9kg/t,烧结矿小于5mm 粉末降低0.37 个百分点。对烧结工艺参数的优化研究结果:混合料水分=7.0% ,抽风负压=14650Pa ,燃料配比=3.86% ,对应的 FeO 含量为8%左右。 关键词 炼铁原料 烧结 合理配矿 Reasonable Proportioning and Processing Optimization of Sintering Zhou Mingshun Zhai Liwei Liu Jie (Technological Centre ,Ansteel Company Limited Co.,Anshan ,114009) Abstract Because of the increasing variety of iron ores in recently years, economical and reasonable proportioning means can make the quality and the cost of sinter optimization. A comprehensive evaluation of iron ores sintering properties has been provided by micro-sintering machine and sinter pot test. The results show that there are many differences in sinter’s properties. The differences of the variety of iron ores can be used for reasonable proportioning. Via the optimal method, the relationship between sintering economic quantity index and iron ores proportion has been studied and optimized, and having been applied to sinter processing. It was shown that: the average utilization coefficient and solid fuel rate was improved by 0.070t/ (m2 ·h )and 0.9kg/t separately, sinter product less than 5mm can be decreased by 0.37 percent. The optimization results of the sinter processing indexes show that: the moisture of the mixing is 7.0 percent, the draught vacuity is 14650pa, the fuel ration is 3.86 percent, and the content of FeO is about 8 percent.
