In the increasingly fierce market competition, private enterprise in order to enhance their competitiveness, then carry out tax planning will be very important. In this paper, the basic theoretical knowledge, the elaboration of tax planning on the basis of further in-depth analysis of the importance and feasibility of Chinas private enterprises in tax planning, tax planning, space, reality, and the blessing of the company as a case, the company tax planning process and tax planning benefits for our country at this stage corporate tax planning features and the status quo are some suggestions. Some reference to comments and suggestions in order to be able to private enterprises in tax planning.
