—Conditionmonitoringofinductionmotorsisafastsiblefor37%ofthefailures.Therefore,implementingpredic-

emergingtechnologyforonlinedetectionofincipientfaults.Ittivemaintenanceonmotorsforstatorfaultsrequiresdiagnostic

avoidsunexpectedfailureofacriticalsystem.Approximatelytestssensitivetothestatorwindingcondition.

30–40%offaultsofinductionmotorsarestatorfaults.Thispaper

presentsacomprehensivereviewofvariousstatorfaults,theirThispaperaimsatpresentingacomprehensivesurveyon

causes,detectionparameters/techniques,andlatesttrendsinthesubjectofconditionmonitoringofstatorfaultsofinduc-

theconditionmonitoringtechnology.Itisaimedatprovidingtionmotors.Anumberofpublications[1]–[183]havebeen
