1.ScopeofWork

TheSuppliershallprovidethefollowingservicestotheBuyer:

2.QualityStandards

-ThematerialsusedintheproductionprocessshallmeetthespecificationsandstandardsprovidedbytheBuyer.

-ThefinishedproductsshallconformtothequalitystandardsandspecificationsasdetailedintheattachedTechnicalSpecificationsandQualityControlStandards.

-TheSuppliershallprovidesamplesoftheproductsfortheBuyersapprovalbeforemassproduction.

3.DeliverySchedule

-TheSuppliershalldelivertheproductstotheBuyerat[DeliveryAddress]within[SpecificTimeFrame],orsuchothertimeframeasmaybeagreeduponbybothparties.

-TheSuppliershallensurethattheproductsaredeliveredingoodconditionandpackagedinaccordancewiththeBuyersrequirements.

4.PriceandPaymentTerms
