互联网金融风险防范的难点及对策

摘要

近年来，我国互联网金融迅速崛起。以第三方支付平台、网贷平台等如雨后春笋般纷纷出现。互联网金融企业在创新金融业务开展方式、方便消费者享受金融服务、促进我国金融业发展的同时，也带来了许多新的金融风险。同时互联网自身由于具有开放性、虚拟性和共享性等特征，对风险的防范存在一定难度。如何更好地进行互联网金融风险防范，本文进行如下阐述。

本文共分为以下几个部分：第一部分阐述互联网金融的产生和发展；第二部分对互联网金融风险加以分析，包括互联网金融风险的概念、成因、特征及类型；第三部分主要从内部和外部两个方面阐述互联网金融风险防范；第四部分是目前互联网金融风险防范的难点包括：信用风险较高、存在潜在的操作风险、互联网金融法律法规不完善；第五部分是互联网金融风险的防范对策，包括：完善互联网金融法律法规，构建更为完善的监管体系；提高互联网金融企业对互联网金融信息安全风险的防范能力；加强互联网金融企业的内部控制体系建设，引导投资者的消费者权益保护意识。

Abstract

Inrecentyears,therapidriseofChinasInternetfinance.Withthethirdpartypaymentplatform,thenetworkloanplatformsuchasmushroomedinsuccession.Internetfinancialenterprisesbringmanynewfinancialriskswhileinnovatingthewayoffinancialbusiness,facilitatingconsumerstoenjoyfinancialservicesandpromotingthedevelopmentofChinasfinancialindustry.Atthesametime,becauseofthecharacteristicsoftheInternetitself,suchasopenness,virtualityandsharing,itisdifficulttopreventrisks.HowtobetterpreventtheriskofInternetfinance,thispaperisasfollows.
