4.2.PartyAfurtherrepresentsandwarrantsthattheproductorserviceisofgoodqualityandfitforitsintendedpurpose,andthatallrepresentationsmadeaboutthesamearetrueandaccurate.
4.3.PartyBrepresentsandwarrantsthatithasfullcapacitytoenterintothisContract,andthatitshallperformallobligationsunderthisContractinatimelyandpropermanner.
5.ForceMajeure
NeitherPartyshallbeliableforanyfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoeventsbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchaswar,fire,flood,dro
