摘要：结合上海某办公大楼项目，对不同的幕墙施工方案进行了全面对比，以确定绿色化办公大楼的最终幕墙形态。
通过应用建筑信息模型，对大楼幕墙的热工性能进行了模拟分析，并进行了深化设计。在施工阶段应用建筑信息模型
管理平台，对幕墙构件建立数字化信息模型，辅助后续幕墙数字化施工。结合项目施工经验，总结了幕墙系统的施工
工艺流程以及质量控制要点，以期为今后幕墙数字化建设工程提供借鉴。

Abstract: Combined with an office building project in Shanghai, a comprehensive comparison of different curtain wall
construction schemes was carried out, and the final curtain wall shape of the green office building was determined. Then
through the application of building information model, the thermal performance of the building curtain wall is simulated
and analyzed, and the in depth design process is carried out. After that, the building information model management
platform is applied in the construction stage to establish a digital information model for the curtain wall components to
assist the subsequent digital construction of the curtain wall. Finally, combined with the project construction experience, the
construction process and quality control points of the curtain wall system are summarized. It provides a reference for the
future curtain wall digital construction project.
