availableatFIDICMDBJune2010.Thispublicationisexclusivefortheuseof

ADBBorrowersandtheirprojectimplementingagenciesasprovidedunderthe

LicenseAgreementdatedJune9th,2005,betweentheADBandFIDIC,and,

consequently,nopartofthispublicationmaybereproduced,translated,adapted,

storedinaretrievalsystemorcommunicated,inanyformorbyanymeans,

whethermechanical,electronic,magnetic,photocopying,recordingorotherwise,

withoutpriorpermissioninwritingfromFIDIC,exceptbytheEmployeridentified

aboveandonlyfortheexclusivepurposeofpreparingbiddingdocumentsforADB

financedcontracts.
