24.23-i回填方量的计算是通过对比回填施工前已完工的护坡和护坦上表面高程测量结果和回填施工完成后河床上表面高程测量结果得出的，并且工程师认可该计算结果。超过名义回填高程的回填料不予计量，且回填量的计算与（工程师批准的）回填料来源无关。
