PleasecomplywiththefollowingguidelinesbyWesternDigitalTechnologies,Inc.anditsaffiliates(collectively,the“Company”)whencreatingand

postingcontentaboutourproducts.

1.Donotincludeanyallthird-partyimages,appearances,content,productsorintellectualproperty,includingtrademarks,logos,pictures,video

footage,music,outputscreatedusinggenerativeartificialintelligencetechnology(“AITools”),etc.,(collectively,“Third-PartyIP”)thatyoudonot

havepermissiontouse.Pleasetakecaretoarrangeyourenvironmenttoavoidinclusionofunlicensedcontentbeforefilming,recordingor

photographing.

a.Background:IfremovalofThird-PartyIPinthebackgroundisimpossible,theThird-PartyIPmustbemerelypartofthebackground,and

nounduefocusshouldbeputonsuchIP.Useofabrandthatiseasytorecognizeshouldbefleetingandobscuredormade

unrecognizable.ThefocusshouldbeontheCompany’sproduct.

b.Non-CompetitiveProducts:IfuseoftheThird-PartyIPisnecessarytodemonstratetheCompany’sproduct,theThird-PartyIPshouldnot

behighlighted.Thisisparticularlyimportantwherethethird-partycompanyiscomplementarytotheCompanyoritsproducts/services.

c.CompetitiveProducts:ObtainwrittenapprovalfromtheCompanybeforeincludinganyproduct,logo,trademarkornameofanycompetitor

oftheCompany.

2.Youmustobtainwrittenpermissionfrompeopleappearinginyourcontent.

3.ThecommercialnatureofyourrelationshipwiththeCompanyshouldbeclear.Youmustincludeastatementatthebeginningofanycontent

andatthebeginningofanydescriptionsthatsaystheCompanyhaspaidfororsponsoredthecontentand/oryoureceivedanitemforfreeor

receivedearlyaccesstoanitem.V
